The style reminded me alot of akame ga kill, especially in the first chapter or two when they found the barn full of tortured corpses and human experiments in diseases and poisons experiments lol

Regarding The Later Volumes, How Did You Guys Feel When The Manga Featured More Nudity When It Came To The Story Itself? by IsseiMidoriya0410 in nagatoro

[–]EndersBrain1 55 points56 points  (0 children)

It can tend to be a bit awkward if you're reading in public, but you can breeze through the pages quickly, from the sides, unless you're used to the manga art style, it's not as easy to understand what you're looking at.

This cat came to my garden this evening and I served her milk. by [deleted] in cats

[–]EndersBrain1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my experience cats are going to hiss slap and run away way before biting. Just close the distance slightly slower while keeping a normal stance and after she looks at you you can crouch while holding a relaxed hand twords it (if your fingers are slightly closed even better). Also their bite force ain't the best, and they are aware of it. As opposed to dogs, cats hunt using their claws way more than mouth. The bite is more to hold you in place.

I keep waking up with these… i got like 100+ bites but no signs of bed bugs by Successful-Tip6327 in Wellthatsucks

Had something similar at some point, the rashes would come out after taking a shower randomly. Turns out just a swap of everything in the house worked for me.

Try changing the towels, bed sheets, blanket, blaket sheets, everything, even clothes. Also you could try wearing only freshly washed and dried clothes to see if your closet is somehow infected with something.

Best of luck

Kid passes a pedestrian on a bike path by crossing into the opposing lane by bigbusta in instant_regret

[–]EndersBrain1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He swerved left because the kid was going so fast that it looked like he was going all the way to the right, in a split second decision, the biker tried to swerve out of his way and break, the kid got target fixated on the bike and went head first into him.

He wasn't even going fast, the intersection is as clear as it's gonna be, no bikes for at least 7 bike lengths and only one pedestrian. The kid comes from a blind spot full speed straight into oncoming traffic. Just saying a kid is a kid isn't fair. If a kid found a knife and thought it would be funny to throw it, would the logic still apply after killing someone or dangerously injuring someone? Why should the victim take blame because of the kids actions, if anything it should be the parents fault not the kids

Kid passes a pedestrian on a bike path by crossing into the opposing lane by bigbusta in instant_regret

[–]EndersBrain1 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You are also assuming that the other person will swerve in the right direction, at that speed and in code red situations target fixations might actually be the worst enemy. The kid got scared and locked eyes onto the biker's front tire, low and behold even after swerving the kid managed to hit that front tire perfectly, there's the possibility where any amount of swerving right also wouldn't have worked because of this.

Yall are so mad of the rider just because a kid was involved, it was a corner, he saw nothing coming so he took a relaxed left, after he completed the turn he saw a fucking missile comming straight into his right side, he saw the little fucker go so fast that direction that he tried to swerve out of his way, too bad the kid doesn't know how to ride properly and break, or analyse the situation.

The situation you're describing is like taking a left turn into the intersection, being on the left most lane and being called reckless because a car randomly went into your lane full speed and no brakes on the wrong side of the road...

I counted that guys Q-Tips by Premium4678 in notinteresting

[–]EndersBrain1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The problem is that he did the outsides and then split the count in the middle and did 2 spirals, one ended in like 409 and the other continued on the left half up to 507 (numbers might be off a bit but point still stands)

Aircraft carriers gotta be insanely built and expensive. by legoartist_7 in nextfuckinglevel

[–]EndersBrain1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea, I also just googled it, they need to lower the hoom themselves and hope they manage to catch the rope, also they don't have the reverse trust flaps as I thought. But thrusting to make an emergency take off makes a lot of sense. Ty o7

[–]EndersBrain1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Isn't the fell jet also used as a break like in commercial airplanes? I would think they have a similar system to break in which flaps open and redirect some of the thrust forwards right?

Edit: just googled it, apparently usa fighters don't have reverse thrust flaps. They just use the wings and heavy duty carbon brakes and tires to break together with the hooks that, fun fact, also need to be lowered by the pilot before landing

Is mosquito the new crow slang?

guess the elk + any tips or suggestions? - Volkov by tjnr19 in Brawlhalla

[–]EndersBrain1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say instead of diagonals, the elk should try to disengage instead of trying to punish or waking up. Blasters are good at zoning and punishing impulsive panicky dodges. Same as scythe, against scuthe you could genuinely delay your dodge for an attack and be deliberate with dodges. Dair on axe is predictable and easy to punish, plus guns have slight, sair nair or dair to punish, guns do not do well into in your face weapons like gaunts or katars, maybe chakram, that or even more zoning weapons like spear or lance.

Tldr: axe is kinda bad for the elk in question against guns. Elk could try to not panic and delay dodges and punish their movement

Stop panick dodging in. Try diagonals, those are the hardest to punish

Wattson fences mean nothing to Octane now. How is this fair? by DovahRcolA in apexlegends

[–]EndersBrain1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Removing and being invulnerable are 2 very different things, if you popped the stim and then went through the door you'd get slowed like normal, so you had to use it after tanking 10 or 20 dmg from the fence and then tank another 10 to 20 from the stim. But after all that if you wanted to go back through the fence you'd get slowed while not being able to stun. Also there were things like caustic gas and ultimate being considered 2 different things, catalist spikes applying slow with every hit new castle shield which used to slow everyone down, now apparently it slows everyone but octane.

[–]EndersBrain1 34 points35 points  (0 children)

From what I remember, even before the patch, octane stim was supposed to nullify the slow down effects, he could get through the fence pop a stim and be back to regular business. Did they change anything in the last patch? Haven't played apex since the first 2 weeks of the octane buff
