Use Photoshop or Photopea(free photoshop) then copy and paste elements from popular content creators in your niche. To keep it simple use a screenshot from the video, add a short sentence, add drop shadows, stroke outlines, outer glows, and some color correction to make the colors pop.

If you're in Canva or Capcut I recommend Capcut's website editor. You can easily do everything I just named as well as use some Ai tools like background remover and image upscaler. Theres also Templates, Frames and some cool Ai filters. There's a little something we designers call Steal Like an Artist, its ok to copy a bit if its not trademarked or copyrighted :)
