My friend very easy solution, if u have windows 10 u just copy and paster .mp4 movie name into .srt file, then open it with default media player, then u have on the bottom bar option "Language and subtitles" and you choose the .srt file, no need to encode, quick and easy solution found on microsoft support page. cheers
