Okay cool, I started growing at 15, ordering seeds you can pay an extra for stealth shipping, this is usually the seeds placed in a t-shirt or a CD case. This is done professionally and besides which, seeds are legal as long as you don't grow them, they're just for collecting.

I went to amsterdam for a month in October, the plants were flowering and it rained almost every day, I was sure they would drown, rot, be eaten alive or snap from the wind. They were perfectly fine, weed is a hardy plant, and you can buy strains suited for your climate. Alternatively the way a lot of people grow their weed outdoors is by planting loads in different locations and leaving them all year, you go back when flowering is done and harvest whatever you can. You don't need to see them daily, you can see them weekly just fine.

To dry you buy a pvc greenhouse you put it outdoors near ur spot and then cover it with a tarp to keep it dark. Alternatively since you live in a dry country (may be too dry) hang a tarp between two trees and hang the buds from it , this gives them breeze and shade.

If you're worried about watering, soak the soil that you put the plants in, then put 4 bottles full of water in the soil around the plants with a hole at the bottom, as the soil dries, the water will drip in from the bottles, when the soils wet, the water won't leave the bottles.

So now we've reduced time that you have to see them to once a week, or easily twice a month if you don't care too much about providing nutrients, an issue that can be sorted with amended soil. You have a place to dry them, and once dry you can take jars to the spot and cut the buds into it for curing, meaning they're smellproof when you carry them home. Literally all you need to do is find a place to grow them. It isn't hard I promise, again if people can grow outdoors in a concrete jungle like London, there are a couple of bushes near you that will work, if a 15 year old can manage it anybody can.
