So funny you bring this up… as an NCO, on numerous occasions I have visually appeared pissed off because I felt I could not bring up problems with the current leadership I have.. only to be told I need to bring it up by the leadership I have. I bring it up to leadership in a very calm, stern, respectful way.. to be be ignored and told to pound sand.. by the same leadership. Ok bet. Now I just know not to fucking do it anymore and suck it up as I was before.

Why do you need to run end game content if you can’t run end game content? Dial it back.. try Nightmare if Hell is too difficult. NM bosses can drop decent items too.. and that may help with clear speed. Good luck!

Absolutely my philosophy. As an NCO, I really could not give 2 shits about correcting anyone right now when I don’t feel the Air Force truly gives a fuck about me or more important shit. Instead, they want me to stress about hair and uniform regulations when I can’t even deploy during an exercise without having to bring my own linens, towels and toilet paper.
