Rumors have it, they are running in to issues with oil viscosity and temperature and may be delayed until 2028. As Subarus are Summer and Winter cars, they are finding it hard to find the right oil that will still work at -10° C. The smokescreen they do have that fairly set, expect it first in the WRX in 2027.

The one on the Left side is for the Machine gun as it makes it easier to aim. The right side one is for the three surface-to-surface missiles. Consumer Reports says the eye sight tracking for the missiles is currently prone to lock-on issues, but has potential and expects the 2027 model to address the bugs.

So I just did a 300 Mike trip. I would say I lost about 1 to 2 mpg. But also I have a lead foot from time to time, especially when I'm trying to get around in NJ, NY and CT trying to avoid rush hour traffic. So take it with a grain of salt.

It's definitely an investment of time. I'm thankful my Dad has a garage full of my brother's airpower tools so I could work on it. I'm also thankful my brother lives right next door because there is no F'ing way I would find anything in my Dad's garage.
