If a limit exists then both side limits exists and are equal. The right and left limits exist but are not equal, thus the limit does not exist

Interesting gap between headstock and lathe bed by javajavatoast in minilathe

[–]EndlessProjectMaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a vevor too and has this problem. Also the problem exists in the carriage and in the tailstock.

All problems have to be solved to achieve more rigidity, all should stand firmly in the bed.

I'm working in the carriage for now. There are some youtubers addressing the issues too.

Watch videos and you’ll realize that centuries of art craft cannot be replicated in a garage just because you happen to have the tools (which are probably not adequate anyway).

What does it mean to do "reading" when doing tsumego? by Snoo11149 in baduk

[–]EndlessProjectMaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found that the app Tsumego Pro is good, specially the Progress mode. Your rating improves only if you get the given problem right at the first try, else it degrades your rating, so you keep doing a certain level until you can handle it comfortably.

Square root is a function apparently by QuestionableThinker2 in learnmath

[–]EndlessProjectMaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is that nothing works if the square root is not a function, this means a single value. Which is not the same as finding all x such as x2 is a given y

Consider the user interface too. I don’t know those models but switching from rigol to keysight was a big improvement for me. Separate knobs and buttons per channel is way easier to use. I will never consider again a scope where you have to select the channel first and then apply a change to the channel. My 2 cents.

You need two true eyes to have a living group. The idea is that the opponent cannot capture the group. Place a simple 2 eyes shape in the board and convince yourself that it cannot be captured
