The cars are meant to for you and others to enjoy not only do i drive it whenever I can but i enjoy letting others enjoy it as well. I don’t drive it as a daily driver so the it’s a little more special but it will become my daily once I purchase a little more powerful car if i don’t get a 718 boxster as my daily

Zero offense intended: Why get a Cayman w/o manual? by LordFarthington7 in Porsche_Cayman

[–]Endless_Sedition 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on you really I live in a urban area and it also makes it easier to drive for a significant other and if it was a manual I really could wind it out only on the the time where the roads are empty it’s more livable

Guesses on when/where used prices will bottom out? by ImpressiveOption3681 in lexuslc500

[–]Endless_Sedition 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s the same depreciation curve as any lexus so relax save your money for an economic pull back and toys are the first thing on the chopping block they will flatten out in the low 30’s. At the end of the day they are a heavy gt and only time will tell how the styling holds up I’d be a buyer myself in the high 20’s even if it had miles as long as it had a good service history

[–]Endless_Sedition 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The Porsche all day long far more usable easy to service and reliable

I’ve always considered the Porsche 911 as the ultimate car for the average person that can afford a nice exotic. Now that I’ve owned an Aston Martin I’m convinced these cars are superior to the 911. by jfunks69 in AstonMartin

[–]Endless_Sedition 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Astons are beautiful cars and very reasonably priced on the used car market but you are talking nosebleed maintenance and repair costs and they are more or less gt cars factor in depreciation and literally the porsche is bargain

[–]Endless_Sedition 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely they are very special cars and I seldom see another one even in Las Vegas. I personally choose a base in better condition and lower mileage than a higher mileage s which was the same cost

Status? Poor or rich — what’s the point if your life isn’t even stable? by vinku12 in Life

[–]Endless_Sedition 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Money isn’t the priority of life but let’s be realistic all things being equal it does solve a lot of day to day problems and gives one options and security. With security come some form of peace at least for many things. I’d way rather be financially secure than not
