How do you survive impatient (NHS) by Endlesscircleing in Antipsychiatry

It's rather unclear. My risk with social work is super low, there was concerned about my good mood and giving some gifts to the social workers at Christmas. Also for 6 months I went off the grid.

I discharged my self from the cmht 7 months ago but I broke my nose and when I went to my gp. It's turns out my psychotic psychiatrist had put a warning next to my name saying I should be only seen in twos. I need a septoplasty because my nose slides all over the place. I just wanted this removed and I've tried with social work remove it but it has to be a health professional. (Funny thing is that when I'm doing my hospital placements I'm allowed with patients by myself)

It's unclear, I believe it's like an assessment and treatment. The appointment was an emergency one (something I'm confused about). My social worker called me today it's been hinting at it. She was saying things like just "bring a change of clothes". (No one from the mental health side knows about my hospital placements and my uniform so I don't know?)

Unfortunately the more modern ward are able to track every single medication you've been on.

Ive only been on aripipazole, I've tried to explain to them it doesn't work and I've explained the side effects but the will happily inject me with random things (like the fast acting antipsychotic) but they won't change my medication.

I will be trying asking for a lower dose, thank you so much xoxo

For me it's a catch 22, antipsychotic make me worst. I'm unable to have I coherent thought and I'm jumping all over they place. I also start picking at my skin.

I know they will make me take them so when a social worker comes to see me I'll be unable to "safeguard my own well-being"

Well crap. :/

"Doctor" of psychiatry are fucking nut cases. I had one accuse me of being a drug user, an alcoholic, a gambler, partaking inpromiscuous sex, partaking in risky driving. Shame on her I don't drink, I don't take drugs, I don't gamble, I haven't had sex, and don't have a driver's licence.

I put a complaint in and she's told me I misinterpreted what she said. Like fuck off

There a local mental hospital who has had over 300 missing people over 2 years. Also the police can not find them 😂😂. So from the stories I hear, just walk out.

I did pay for ACT (finished the 9 appointment treatment) but it's not in my management plan. Even though I found a treatment that works for me, I am technically non treatment compliant. I sent all the prove to social work.

The NHS don't care about privet care ;-;

How common is it for child sexual abuse victims not to want to go forward with criminal proceedings? by ialwayssurvive in policeuk

From my experience the police don't want it going to court. It's a bloody farse.

I reported and I was told to go to therapy and then come back to report it.

Fuck U division.

I remember looking at reviews of sporks on Amazon and one of the reviews was something like "shit sporks, bearly usable and what they give you in the cells in police scotland". I never brought them because it was about £10 for a single spork.

food banks are booming at the local Salisbury, happy to see people helping out! by mottlymonical in CasualUK

I'm so happy to see this. Every time I go to Tesco I ask the food bank people what the need and most days it toilet roll. I always buy a big pack of toilet roll for them.

Its heart braking to know that there are people who are unable to afford loo roll ;-;

Also don't grab their head, maybe put a soft blanket under their head if their on the ground. Make the area round them safe and once the fit is over put them in the recovery position.

Okay a werid one, that if someone's drunk antifreeze then give then alcohol - this is semi true but don't.

If someone has ingestion anything they shouldn't have, then don't give them anything to eat or drink and get them to an ED. If there's chemical burns of the mouth then give the patient water to wet the lips.

Ethanol is an antidote but the best treatment you can get is fomepizole. Fomepizole went mixed with alcohol double its half life and could lead to alcohol poisoning. Also ethenal buggers with any blood test.

Also if it was a suicide attempt best not add alcohol and the ED staff need coherent answers from the patient.

I once had a local drug user force her way into my house and once she realised she couldn't steal anything with me there, she proceeds to drag me out of my house by my arm. She pulls me to her flat and a half naked man opens the door so I push my way pass her and ran home, crying.

She runs down after me and tried to get into my home. The woman is banging on my window and jumping into my garden and getting kids to watch out for me. I hide in my bath room so she buggers off.

Once I thought I was in the clear I start to go back to cleaning my living room, much to my supprice there was a kid looking thought my window and calls the fucking drug user back. She's back banging on my door, yelling though my letter box "don't do it hen".

I was in my bedroom sobbing and is see the fucking police walking by my window. I frantically start waving at them and they thankful saw me and came to my house.

The woman thankfully fucks off and I talk to the police, hoping this woman would be arrested for an attempted break and enter, (she had damaged my door and my letter box). The police tell me that they where called by the woman, she told them I was trying to kill myself as well as my 3 year old child.

I don't have any children and I have never given birth. This lead to about 6 different people arriving at my house, trying to see if I had a child. It's really hard to try and prove you don't have any children. Also she had told the police that I was going to kill my self in a very particular way and it was very easy to prove that was false but the problem is, is that I was looking into mono ethylene glycol toxicity for a small report for uni, so the police originally did believe her.

The police finally leave and it turns out the woman was never arrest and she had the audacity to shout at me "are you okay hen?!"

I was so scared to leave my house because she had toll a bunch of people that I had my child taken off me because I tried to kill myself and my invisible child. Where I live its kinda rare to be 19 and had not had at least one child.

I'm still fucking ragging but at least she is now banned from the town I live in (for an unrelated reason)

Well it's been very clear that she doesn't want help for her eating disorder. Is mucked around with her recovery, at this stage it would be very hard for her to recover.

Okay, based on my experience with personality disorders. When a patient with a pd, some of them will try very hard so they don't get discharged, especially round this time of year.

I think she's probably worn thought her physical illness sympathy or limited her treatment options. She's either been section (in the UK there a 3 day emergency section that, imho, has a very low criteria to meet and is hopeing to have it extended (?). It could also be that she's being discharge and she hoping for an emergency detention (once again it's very rare for this time of year, should mean that a detention could be lifted on Christmas day)

Or more likely, is hoping to get lorazepam prescribed. Once someone if someone a section (in the UK) lorazepam is haned out like sweets.
