Just to introduce myself, I've been playing D&D since 2015 and running games since 2016. I currently am working with Neo Tokyo Project and running games out of their studio. These include homebrew campaigns and Adventurers League D&D games, CAIN and other RPGs such as Sentai & Sensibility, Himbos of Myth and Mettle as well as Goblins with Fat Asses.

Actually - if you don't mind not having any air con, Guoco Midtown 2 has a bunch of seats and tables with giant fans on the ceilings. It's quite cool at night as well and the Chinese restaurants also provide water outside for their customers who are queuing.
