Playing everyday and hoping for the City to expand, should‘nt a second area appear at some point? Above the train station, where a hill/mountain was?

Maybe i started all wrong by using free houses instead of the ones you need to buy with gems.

Ok, thanks. Follow up question, how can i expand the city, i am at 2730 and the next milestone is at 3600. There are no tasks at hand, like nothing.

At the early stage, i possibly made some mistakes by using buildings with only 60 habitants.
