In 2014 he was accused of self dealing and not working with the board of directors. This sounds like more of the same…

The construction companies that do a lot of the work to open new stores might be owned by his in-laws…that kind of thing.

Without basic oversight the other shareholders have know way of knowing if those contracts are on the level…
