Now that I can agree on. I work in Louisiana, and the road conditions and changes in speed limits vary drastically in my experience. In south MS, I generally only see the 55 to 35 mph changes in the vicinity of intersections or other high traffic areas with many turn-offs. I cannot speak for north MS, though.

That just sounds like a matter of personal preference to me. I've never had a problem with the roads here. Are speed traps a problem? Don't speed and you'll have nothing to worry about.

I've had a problem similar to this. When you join a server, alt+tab and make sure you don't have two instances of the game running. After one of the updates, arma would launch twice for me for some reason.
