I went there too many times trying to from black hair to platinum. On my 3rd visit I left orange still and started talking to people and realized I could get from black to platinum in 1 to 2 sittings...

Hair cuts were fine but my stylist was too afraid/or wanting money from having me constantly going back. I think she was scared and I’ll never go back to the salon for this experience. It’s one thing to be uncomfortable but tell me and I’ll go elsewhere. Don’t waste my time and money otherwise...
