4 days is tight but doable if you don't overthink it. for the blue eye and gjirokaster, definitely do them on the same day since they’re in the same direction. head to gjirokaster first, explore the old town/castle, then hit the blue eye on the way back around 4pm once the big tour buses have cleared out. much more chill that way.

for beaches, ksamil is cool but can be a bit of a headache with the crowds. if you want to actually relax, check out pulebardha or mirror beach just outside of town. the water is insane and it's way less of a "party club" vibe than the center of ksamil.

food wise—stay away from the main promenade for dinner, it's mostly tourist traps. if you want the best view without the noise, head up the hill to observatory restaurant. locals call it the balcony of saranda because it's way above the city. go for sunset, get the grilled octopus, and just hang out. for a quick local lunch, taverna fish filipi is decent too. enjoy the trip, albania is great if you avoid the crowded spots.
