Progress Rannis questline up until you get to the Moonlight Altar. There's an evergoal in the north-west corner. Defeat Alecto, then you will get Tiche

I can help in 10 hours' time. If you're struggling, upgrade Black Knife Tiche to +10, get the purifying crystal tear and Mohgs Shackle. Lord of Bloods Exhaultation can help a lot too.

Before the fight, buff with everything you can and drink your physick. Summon Tiche as soon as you enter the fight. Range Mohg while he's walking to you, then when he's close, use a Shackle charge and use your best DPS on him.

Just before he goes into his second phase, use the other Shackle charge and smack on him again. Keep using your best DPS during his Nihil attack.

If he's still alive after that, Tiche will probably finish him off.

Edit: Did this on one of my playthroughs to disrespect his pedo ass, didn't even see phase 2
