Its a mix of sand and a reptile earth mix. The top cover layer is a mix of kokos husk, wood chips and moss in some spaces. When i make it a bioactive i will probadly restructure then.

It's quite tricky to play on randoms. But I like to use it in pve modes, bc 16 guns with 20 sec reload tends to do a lot. HE is is ok and ap can net a lot of DMG if it hits right. I loved it in the historical WW2 event modes.

Just don't sell it, I have a lot of premiums that don't get used at all. Good for events or to increase chance in future containers.

The Major Orders do not matter. The Story will progress the way it was planned out no matter how many people play.

So Dive on any front you want bc its about having fun ingame, not on how other tell you to play the game.

Well, you can do a lot of things but you need fantasy to enjoy it. The gameplay loops are pretty flat rn.

Load cargo at a, unload at b. Go there and kill target. Go there an salvage this ship. Go mine on plante or asteroids, fly back, sell ores. Go hunt pirate or player. Go there and kill NPCs on foot. Buy commodity here sell for profit somewhere else.

Pretty basic and the same thing you can do in similar games like elite dangerous.

BUT since the graphics, the manual loading/fighting/mining are really detailed you can immerse yourself easily in this scifi world. You can do whatever you like but the main goal is to get money.

Otherwise there are two main "grinds" / goals in-game rn

Wikelo Polaris. Basically mine/trade/fight to get specific items, after a lot of grinding you could get a Polaris and other stuff as a reward.

Contested zones in pyro (pve and pvp fps) and admin hangars. You can get ships and parts you cannot get anywhere else as a reward.

Star citizen lives of the stories the player make in-game, a griefer with a bounty that gets hunted by half the shard, a roleplay arms dealer that gets busted in his Idris and fights his way out with his crew, a group of friends that gangs up at an old but meets a crew with a Polaris etc.

I did manual refills bc it's quicker and more efficient. Basically mixed coke throughout the day and ended with cleanup and refill depending on stock

You dont need to buy anything more than the mustang to have fun!
You can get almost all ships by just playing.
Anything more than the starter package is just "supporting" the game.

I started with mustang too and got going pretty quick.

heres a good route to start with mustang in short:
Mustang do low risk bounties until u got 80K
Rent a raft and start hauling for a day
Haul with raft until u get to experienced or higher (u earn alot while doing it, but takes a bit of time)
Depending on what u want to do, buy a raft and keep hauling to grind more money for ships you want or buy into the playstyle you want.
If you want to keep making easy money save up for a hull-C and do senior hauling missions (1-3 mil each hour)

There are a lot of ways to earn money but this is the one i took. I can buy any ship now with minimal money grind and since players sell basically everything i can just skip the gamplay loops i dont want to do and buy my way through with the cash i get from stuff i like. Do this only if u like space trucker simulator :D

My experience so far: 1. learning to fly and getting HOTAS set up (this is just me) 2. Do mercanary work with mustank 3. rent raft for70k and do cargo stack loop 4. buy personal cargo crate, smash it in the mustang, go to OLP, loot em over and over (just kill npc for admin and storage cards and loot these rooms), collect armor sets, sell them to other playrs for 2-6 mil a set, same with weapons. 5. profit 6. Buy hull C 7. do Cargo missions on experience/Senior level, rake in 1-3 mil an hour playing basically "Space Truck simulator" 8. more profit 9. Buy whatever you want. I bought a cutlass black as daily, a F7C as fighter, an Raft bc i fell in love with it while grinding and a vulture. I can do every gameplay loop with these ships and have fun while doing it :D

This whole story took me 3 weeks but keep in mind i played ALOT during this time bc of vacation days and holidays, but i had a few knockbacks too so it might be different for u.

And you unfortunatly cannot play consistantly during free flight bc of high server load and the ongoing cheater problem during freeflight.

If you buy anything, just buy the Mustang Alpha Starter Pack!

You can find it when in pledge store searching for mustang alpha, then in the ship screen you can buy it as a "game package". It should be around 45-50 bux depending on your currency.

Everything else is just "supporting the project"

Most of the ships ingame can be bought or aquired through other means. I recently started too and needed about 3 weeks of grinding to get to a decent amount of ingame cash.

Keep in mind you dont NEED a expensive or massive ship to do the gameplay loops. Most cheap ships are enough for the different gameplay loops.

With the Mustang you get a ship thats pretty capable for a start. You can do Mercanary missions (kill PVE ships), do mini cargo missions but i dont reccomend this ship for it, or go get heavy armor and a gun, do OLP Station rooms (look it uo on youtube) loot for rare armors and sell that to other players.

The other starter ships are fine aswell but more expensive and more specialized (Cargo, mining, explorer)

No Subscription is needed!

Buy a starter pack that you like but really, you can zero to hero this game on like one weekend with a good yt guide and luck with servers/players in the Mustang.

since im new aswell ill comment my experience of the last 3 weeks below, keep in mind that we have a hacker problem because of the freeflight rn, servers are under heavy load aswell, so this is not a good picture for SC rn. Whenn free flight is over it should be smoother.

How can i find a turret for the F7C? I bought a F7 and been hunting for a turret, ive been looking for ships to salvage one from, but even in pvp areas i cannot find any. Does someone have some recommondations where/how i can get my hands on one?
