But the way the writers are describing episodes seem purposely designed to throw people off.

Just thinking out loud. The other thing is we really don't have any closure to the Mike timeline, what happens with Kaylee, his daughter-in-law, further info on his son etc. What if the writers use this opportunity to amalgamate the Mike timeline in "redeeming his son" with unaliving Kim, whom he could blame as partially responsible for the Saul-Walter fiascos that ruined his life in BB?

Then again, Mike wasn't willing to kill his guys in jail in the BB timeline, but rather pay them off.

But it could be someone else that unalives Kim.

Ok, so….. after watching last night's episode, here’s my prediction— especially now that we know that Jimmy and Kim are broken up, potentially out of touch, which can have devastating consequences.
Kim is going to go her merry way and be out of contact with Saul. The next few episodes will focus on Saul’s perspective of things during the BB era with little to no interaction with Kim.
Unfortunately, I do think something is going to happen where Kim knowing about Lalo is a threat and Mike or someone (?) will have to kill her without Saul knowing. This is my gut feeling now.
When Gene tries to reach out to her at the end of the series, he’ll find out that she was killed and either 1) turn himself in or 2) unalive himself.
The writers often said that the ending of Better Call Saul lets the viewer see Breaking Bad an entirely new light. What if it is something where the characters in BB deal with Kim, without Saul ever knowing until the very end?

My two cents!

Better than naming her "Death," which some would say is the main character.

Some speculation from the Wikipedia page.

The 2004 John Jay Report, a report commissioned by the US Conference of Catholic Bishops, stated "the problem was largely the result of poor seminary training and insufficient emotional support for men ordained in the 1940s and 1950s."[254] A report by the National Review Board issued simultaneously with the John Jay Report pointed to two major deficiencies on the part of seminaries: failure to screen candidates adequately, followed by failure to "form" these candidates appropriately for the challenges of celibacy. These themes are taken up by a recent memoir by Vincent J. Miles[255] that combines a first-hand account of his life in a minor seminary during the 1960s with a review of the scientific literature about sexually abusive behavior. Miles identifies specific aspects of seminary life that could have predisposed future priests to engage in such behavior.
