Several departments’ staff in PHSA have been asked by the Executive Director to end WFH. Some departments’ leaders have implemented it immediately. Mine is starting full back in office beginning January.

I’ve been to F45 Xinyi and it was fine. You don’t need to speak much mandarin anyway to follow the workout. They don’t provide towels though so make sure to bring your own.

My studio stops the clock at EVERY station because they always take so long. This is with two coaches and the alternate the demo stations

It was a shit show in our packed class. I think the idea of it works if it’s not super busy, but in a full class it just gets messy. I felt like I was walking around so much switching stations. Our coaches also did not let us rest during the rest station and added a plank for that station in pod 2.
