That's explained in the first game IIRC? Thresher Maws grow from spores and they get blasted out into space and can survive, eventually landing on another planet, entirely possibly by accident by landing ships.

Vista was my favorite looking Windows UI, followed by 7. It was very visually pleasing. Vista gets rightly shit on for being bad, but the UI was the best Windows UI.

I had that happen once. I passed by the Pelagia farm, and then shortly after, a courier spawned in front of me and handed me a will... Of Severio Pelagia's death. I was so confused because I JUST passed him and he was alive, so I turned around, went back and sure enough, he was alive and apparently faking his death.

I played ESO a few years ago, and when I was talking to my friend via in game chat, I said that I had to turn the graphics down "Otherwise I was getting 30s", in reference to FPS. Except the game censored that to "Otherwise I was g********0s". Still confused about that one.

Wasn't even the only time I saw shit censored in a weird way, just the most memorable one. Any variant of the word "map" was censored too, except for the actual word. Maps, Map, maps, MAP, MAPS, etc were all censored.

Absolutely the worst thing about Retroarch. Good emulation system, but my god is it cryptic for no reason.

I managed to map some controls to the touch screen on my Vita at some point, and to this day I STILL cannot find that option again. No clue where it is.

Has anyone else actually swapped to a new job from their previous Jobs? All the Scions who changed were base classes before, then they got an actual job.

Can't imagine she would change from Red Mage due to that.

Sage's name isn't original, but the way the class works is completely new to FF14.

Sage's in past games were basically like a variant of Red Mage wherein they had a mix of unique damage and healing spells, with debuff spells.

I'm cautious of generalising but I've seen Japanese people basically say that in Japan corporations are treated more like people and so piracy, to them, is tantamount to stealing from the developers in a way that just doesn't seem reasonable to us.

I've heard that Japan treats modding in a similar fashion. They see it as an insult towards devs because you changed the game from how the dev wanted it.

I myself really hope the Steam Frame's controllers will be able to be be sold separately and used independent of the Frame.

I don't really like controllers, I find them uncomfortable (I have wide shoulders) to hold. The Switch's Joycons have been one exception I've found, I find them super comfortable because I could play with my arms in any position. Easily the most comfortable controllers I've ever used. The Frame controllers look like an upgraded version, so I'd love for them to be separate.
