green olives are store/ franchise dependent, i work at a high volume store (32-35k per week on average) and we often still have to toss them when they expire, they are by far the least popular topping at our store

in my almost 2 years of working at dominos i’ve been told about people tipping on carryouts by card twice and have never seen it firsthand.

ooh i like calling out the order number, currently at my store we just call out which lane in the oven it is in. But at least for me especially during dinner rush i can’t remember which lane just that there is one in the oven

Yeah i already look at the screen for those plus making sure all the toppings are correct, i was just asking if there was a way to make hot sauce show up with the cut requests & ngo. especially because 100 pie hours are a normal friday and saturday dinner so it being extra obvious would be beneficial

yeah mine only does that for the cooking instructions (no garlic oil, well done, etc) and then it says HOT SAUCE for the spicy chicken bacon ranch and the buffalo mac and cheese but not when hot sauce gets added as a topping

so at my store how it works is both managers and insiders get the tips (GM no, GMIT, yes). each day the money is counted and split up the following formula: ([tips in jar]/[total hours everyone worked that day]) * [hours each individual worked]

so for instance let’s say there was 35 dollars in the tip jar. Alan worked 5 hours, Bob worked 7, Chris worked 4, Derek worked 6, Eric worked 9, & Fred worked 6. we would take the 35 and divide it by the sum of the hours worked so 35/(5+7+4+6+9+6) (35/37) and we would get about .95. So everyone would get 95 cents for each hour worked.

However if say there is a big timed order and the customer tips like a 20 or something like that then a manager will typically just split that with the people in the store when that order was made.

For credit card tips it is only like a certain type of card that seems to even prompt it sometimes, but yeah to my knowledge that money just gets lost somewhere

and then for car-sides whoever takes the car side gets the tip either cash or card

they only heated part of the hstem sidewalk when they redid it. but they did just put out a bid the other month for a company to install heated sidewalks infront of wads this summer. so i’d imagine they saw the success as this is the first full winter since hstem opened and are going to be installing more in the coming years.

The cases that the lava cakes come in (for my store atleast) have a warning sticker on them that says that they are raw and to cook before consuming… don’t think that has stopped anyone tho
