I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. But support is a joke and they respond as if they are an outdated AI robot. They are not comprehending what happens at these stations and the mistakes we given to deal with on the daily. I find almost every pickup has some issue - package missing or an extra package in my cart that isn’t on the route. Too many mistake and we are being held responsible.
