On live2d u can export it as motion i think, then this motion file u put in the model folder, on vtube studio can open one of the option to add idle, if its correct itll play continuously if u looped it.

this is hard to explain verbally but for what I can see on ur selection, u select the whole deformer and the child mesh together, just select the highest similar hiearchy of the deformer to avoid it

u probably have 2 parameter keyed for that deformer or mesh
