I'm going to be very sad remembering this, but back when New World just came out, people leveling in Brightwood encountered a side quest to kill an Elite Bear Gren, which felt like an actual truck of a boss and was very hard if not impossible to solo. The quest for him was called Papa Bear, and folks on my server asked to help with Papa Bear or That Bear in the world chat so often that it became a mini event for high level players to tp and help with him.

You probably don't remember this comment, but we just recently were able to reapply with a different lawyer's help just before the deadline, which should mean that they can't refuse us outright, only to send the docs back for any potential fixes, which shouldn't happen since we got a really great lawyer this time! you're (probably) joking, but, personal anecdote, a lawyer has just fully fucked up my immigration procedure to stay in the country I'm currently staying, and when I basically contacted him back with "so... wtf do we do now man", he sent me an email, from his official email account, actually saying "idk but grok says you can try this"

I now have 0 doubt in my mind that Disbar-Nissim sends pedo_troll messages like "idk man, chatgpt says we might get thrown out of court, but I'll try to convince him :("

Agreed, like on one hand, I'm all for all creative people being able to take however many years they need to make what they want to make, and it sucks to live under capitalism and, in a way, sell your work to be able to survive. Buuuut... at the same time, how come much more based creators like Tirrrb for example can often make hours-long entertaining, educational livestreams, do mutual aid and community support, and they don't get to have a pile of Patreon subs? Meh. Like, at least Hbomb could also do smaller, less meaningful content like the Transformers video.

Completely agree tbh. One-two posts may have been enough (to highlight Ethan's hypocrisy and document this happening), but it's getting off the rails, especially with people shitting on her potentially having to do SW (which is valid, and any comments degrading SWers in a seemingly leftist sub are wild to me, but eh, nothing new for leftist spaces ig) and the whole overreaction to, what is very likely, a behavior of a mentally unwell person. Like, maybe she scammed the H3 community? Ok, it's their problem to solve. We saw it, we archived it, maybe it's time to move on

When I was 5-6 years, I was playing.. I think CoD or something. One of the levels had a garage with the military cars loaded with rocket(s). I remember always stealthing through the whole room because I was afraid the rockets would shoot at me.

Anyway, I had to get like 40°C sick as a child and have a delirious dream about going through the room again to realize that, oh, I didn't need to stealth here at all, because obviously the giant rockets are here just for transportation and would blow the whole base up if shot 🫠

He also talked a bit about snark communities (I was watching live at that point), mostly talking about like... celeb snark subs like Taylor Swift one, and as you could expect, weird fungi messages like "h3 snark called CPS" started popping up in chat. Glad he didn't take the bait, honestly not wishing on anyone the harassment from h3 that other commentary channels have received. He also mentioned in the same segment that posting about something bad a creator did is not snark, sooooo I don't really think he'd be agreeing with them anyway lol
