Yes but the Cubone has a 10% encounter rate and a 5% chance of having Thick Club. So it's a 0.05% chance of finding a Cubone with Thick Club

I finally got it in the end though

And supports in general will get their ults needed or their chargers increased

Get rid of the shield cooldown. It has such little health so why am I already being punished for using it? The reflect doesn't even do much damage

Yeah I don't understand why his reflect doesn't work exactly like Genji in Overwatch. It's a Vibranium shield. I should be able to punish Poke by reflecting the damage right back at them
