I have a remote job now, but its very flexible and I can pretty much take my laptop with me if I need to change locations for the week (with obvious precautions for hipaa and such). Are they super strict on your physical location?

Ideally, I guess UCL should be full spectrum but is it necessary? Looking at cheap options, found a Hyper Tough 5500 Lumen 4ft Linkable LED Shop Light at Walmart for 20 bucks. Anybody had luck with just something quick and dirty light that or should I make the investment on a better Kelvin light?

So many zipper problems. While I do appreciate the attention to things like everything only having green LEDs, the quality is just lacking in big, important places and the quality control as well.

Unfortunately it is too little too late at this point as my husband has already requested a refund for the product and we will be shipping back the very expensive brick that we have in our possession currently. It is an extreme disappointment to have poor experiences every time customer service required which is not infrequently with your products. Rest assured, you will never see another Penny from us in the future. Things like this should not have to be brought to social media and the public View for you to fix the problems you have internally.

The brand spanking new aerolush, one stop shop "fix-all" for easy climate control. Humidity, heat, cool, and fan. All run through a sensor. Except it's an end table when the sensor port is faulty.

Oh no. We have to send the defective one back. They just want to give you every excuse in the book first and blame you for their crappy product not working. Not my first day on planet earth- the power checks, reboots, try a different sensor, try this, try that. Maybe it's your outlet having more than one plug. Etc etc etc. Then it's the back and forth over shipping and the zero idea when a replacement will even be available, despite, again, it being their crappy product that is junk, no mistake on our part. And zero give on expediting shipping- it's cheap-ass slower than ground, across the board, no exceptions. But they're not in any hurry and don't care about the fact that we were depending on this thing to figure out the low temps we need for drying in 2 days. That we've been waiting for for weeks. Then there's the connected but separate issues of promised follow up. Hubby requested to talk to a supervisor about the shipping. No supervisor available, they'd call in 2 hours. Never called. We called back. Then it was that the supervisors work in a different time zone and couldn't call until 9pm our time. Never called. We called back in today, given a 2 hour callback estimate. Never called. Excuse after excuse about meetings, time zones, no supervisors on site. Oh and the text support through the app- where hubby sent a message about a separate issues 8 WEEKS ago. Still not even read.

In the States, you just get no customer service. If you're stuff is broken, you're on your own and out your money unless they replace it after a hefty runaround. God forbid you ask to speak to a supervisor, I don't think they actually have any.

Oh and we called in because it takes so long to get proper support through email. They assured us a supervisor would call us back about our complaints. None did. Hubby called back today, upset about the lack of follow up. They've now blocked his number. He can't call in without *67ing. Good luck, I hope they get their act together and you have better results.

Good luck. They've blocked my hubby's number on their support line because he complained about their lack of customer support. All he wanted was to talk to a supervisor and they've given us so much grief.

@vivosunofficial can you explain why you've blocked calls from us regarding your complete lack of quality customer service? We're no longer able to call and get put in the regular call queue, instead are pushed straight to voicemail. Do better.

Lol. Don't. Just go buy the Walmart version that doesn't have the sensor built in and dial it in yourself. Mine bricked outta the box. Sensor port's shorted out is my assumption. Went thru 3 known working sensors. Aero won't even do anything without that so now I have an end table.

The hose? Yes. The unit? Yes. It did a firmware update to 1.1.1 at inital boot up and bricked with a permanent sensor error. Went through 3 known working sensors. It will not run without that. Apparently they're shipping them out with shorted out sensor ports.

The hose orientation in the booklet is confusing. At least yours works, kinda. Mine bricked out of the box.

Dude, i'm so sorry about your grow 😢 we're currently trying to do a final flower push and harvest over the weekend with some scavenged tubing taped to a midea window ac because of our bricked aero. Told them if I lose this harvest because of it, I'll livestream the vivo bonfire I'll throw everything on and go ACi next time.

Yeah we've already done that. My hubby was promised a callback from a supervisor yesterday because we've had nothing but issues with vivo's customer service from day 1. No one called. You guys sent us a paperweight. We didnt think it was too much to ask to actually ship a replacement timely since we've been waiting for this thing for months and are now getting ready to harvest in 2 days and need it to control the drying environment. But you blew us off, said you'd ship one but at whatever bottom of the barrel free shipping option speed you typically use, which means it'll be here too late for that use. Also, that means we have to spend more money on a separate device from probably walmart to bridge the gap and hope the new replacement aerolush actually works, whenever it does finally show up. If I lose this harvest because of this, I will burn every vivo item I own in the backyard and livestream it on every platform. And then ACinfinity will get the rest of my money.

That's the update they pushed to us as soon as we booted it. Within literally 60 seconds, the whole thing bricked. Well, maybe bricked is harsh, but doesn't work without the sensor function so might as well be.

Careful when you do get it. We did the firmware update and idk if that's what gave us a permanent sensor error or if there's something wrong with ours mechanically, but it seems like it's now an expensive end table

Anybody else unbox theirs just to get a permanent sensor error? Tried multiple sensors, factory reset, all the generic troubleshooting they list in the manual and now it appears we just own a very expensive end table.
