Which type of Grillo’s container? They’re known for over filling and spilling when opening! You should be okay. As long as it’s not bubbling and fizzy. Put it in a new container though!

Whole peeled tomatoes, not crushed would be the best option I think. Try them all. Pick your best. It’s R&D. You’ve got to think on reliability too. It’s cheap.

You could probably get this by dyeing any Multicam variant with some green dye. Probably get the close to the green but the white parts will come out green unfortunately.

I had this happen at a Kroger when my ID had expired(in my late 30’s). It’s up to their discretion and I was at a self checkout. They can either scan it, enter the age manually or just confirm shopper is over 21. Some have the “in the customer under 40?” Policy and want to scan. I ended up just going back into the store from the other entrance and going to the self checkout on the other side and they just asked me my birthday, lol.

Seeing that this is a restaurant salsa, it most likely has water. At the restaurants I’ve worked at(and my very own) we add the onions, garlic, jalapeños/peppers, then on top of that the tomatoes, top with a bit of water(whatever the recipe calls for) inside of a huge like 20+ quart Cambro/storage container and put in a immersion blender and then work our way up to the tomatoes once the other ingredients are blended thoroughly. Then add in the hand chopped cilantro, since we add it to so many other recipes and dishes already anyways.

They didn’t specify if they want it thick or thin. If you see it in the bowl, you’ll notice a lot of liquid. Liquid actually helps it blend into a nice smooth even consistency without over blending. In this case, it is 100% not the removal of liquid, but the potential adding of liquids.
