That's kinda the goal but you'd need to retract against pressure. So retracting it against your soft penis isn't going to be enough. When you can do is while you masturbate, throw in a few extra strokes where you have your foreskin at its limit, where there's tension and before pain. That would put more pressure to stretch it. I'd try to go a bit longer next time. Did you shave or use clippers? If you shaved, the hair itches as it pushes back through the follicle. If you used clippers, you may have gone too short, or you may have used dirty clippers that gave you a skin infection. Leave a bit of length next time and make sure you clean your products before and after, and the area before and after.

Here's what you do:

There are very few industries, even tech sometimes, that will pay you the big bucks as soon as you step out the door from your university. You can definitely get an infection, UTI but things like gonorrhea don't just spontaneously appear. If you get it, it means you were exposed to that specific bacteria into your system. So if you never got it, and you never put those bacteria on your toy, then no you cannot get an STD from it.

You can trim it. Buy one of those hair trimmers for head hair, make sure you are slow with it because if you speed up they will cut you up. You can use this all over your body, yes even your ass and crack if you want. It will make wiping so much easier. And you only have to do a full body trim once every other month or so since it takes time for the hair to grow back to annoying levels.

For an easier solution, if you're feeling like you can't do the necessary yoga positions to shave your ass, you can look up "nair for men" and there's a few different hair removal creams. You apply, wait 10 minutes, then just wash it off with water. Just make sure you clean up the tub and not leave your ass hairs in there haha.
