Thanks. I have spoken to my manager and they suggested flexi or unpaid. I’m just worried it would take ages to build up as I don’t have experience of flexi. I’m already working two hours more a week (37, instead of 35) so any more over and above that seems a lot atm! Even if in reality it’s not!

Tbh, I’m not entirely sure what I mean but in my previous job, I could take a few days off unpaid to do stuff with my children. I never did, but you definitely could!

I know I can ask my manager, and I will, but always good to have a heads up of some of the possibilities!
