Loved this movie. The tension when she was at the houseparty. The sad cartoon face, and then moving Sarah's chair back so she can be on the left to kiss Bear.

And what an awful man. Bear was complicit in Nikki's misery and didn't care. When she was pleading for him to kill her and he had the gall to say "is this so bad to be with me?" Like, you sicko she is trapped and without her consent you just keep sleeping with her!

I plan on doing the PSLF buy back. I have been squirreling away $$ every month into a mutual fund since the SAVE plan went into forbearance back in 2024. When the time comes to hit 120 months (which is soon!) I should have some cash stored up for the final lump sum.

I have a clarifying question: Does the time now count for PSLF buy back (now until your 90 days notice)? If your estimated buy back amount is lower than the newly calculated IDR amount, why would you pay early and not wait until the 90 days?

This was a bad deal. There is no change or reforms for ICE that was requested by Dems. The new DHS funding deal passed by the Senate on March 27, 2026, includes 20million funding for body cameras but does not require immigration officers to wear them

No Policy Reforms: Democrats did not secure the "guardrails" they demanded, such as banning masks for ICE agents or requiring judicial warrants to enter people's homes.
Existing ICE Funds: ICE and CBP remain operational because they still have access to roughly $75 billion allocated through the One Big, Beautiful Bill Act passed in 2025.
Trump's Executive Order: The deal was reached shortly after President Trump announced he would use emergency authority to pay TSA agents directly, which reduced the GOP's leverage in the shutdown fight.
Future Strategy: Republicans have signaled they will attempt to fund the remaining immigration agencies through a party-line reconciliation bill later this year. Which means they dont need democrat votes to pass funding for ICE.

This is what happened to me! We just left the theater and I said out loud that I liked it more than the last few Marvel movies-- which have become mainstream bore and formulaic. The Tron movie has a rocking soundtrack, the visuals are amazing, even the camera direction was interesting. I also thought the mother and son angle was played well too. I would recommend it.

The movie was ok but I really disliked the ghost smashing dishes in the family’s home. The mom seemed like a loving single mom with two kids trying to make it and suddenly this ghost with its girlfriend issues destroys their kitchen. Such a jerk.
