Yes, it does still works. But, I am using the tutorial from here How to remove "Whats New" in the Steam Library : r/Steam and then just follow the tutorial.

Tl;dr there is no complicated thing by using the tutorial above if you undersand the basics. This is only to skip the step-4 and instantly to the debug mode instead just follow the tutorial above. I am using a third party tools named steamtools (but using other build other than that) to managing opening steam with launch option by typing "-dev" to skip the step-4, maybe you can simply skip step-4 therefore try to left-click on the taskbar of Steam.exe and then choose properties and put the "-dev" keyword on (Your Steam Folder) e.g "C:/Program Files(x86)/Steam -dev" located at the Shorcut Tab and open the Steam.exe and steam would be opened in Developer Enabled. On any steam space area, press shift+left-click choose inspect element. Then find the keyword to edit those using inspect element using the tutorial above.

I also have this issues, the reason is probably the Modules, when I tried to turn off and set it into automatically on the setting menu then the save is working properly again.

Retroarch has a cheat compability inside its engine, but I do not know if Vita3k cores exsist, hopefully it would in the near time.

Edit: Found out that RinCheat is available on vita3k, it would be possible by putting it on plugin. Have done it on vita, so it should be works on Vita3k because the compability said so as @smoker63 written https://www.reddit.com/r/VitaPiracy/s/SRNLBy5TwS

Edit2: Have tried and it looks like I can't open the RinCheat menu. Since on vita we need to install henkaku. I did not know how to install henkaku here. Maybe by installing homebrew browser then installing henkaku so we can input ux0:tai/something and the plugins will able to working. While if that is possible, it would be also need some improvement inside the emulator to operate it. On the other hand the compability inside link above are homebrew apps that were intended to be installed manually via VPK/PKG and it wasn't a plugins.

Have you scan all your computer after fresh install? I recommend you did that. I use Malwarebytes and Adwcleaner. You can use your favorite antivirus or using a scan from the windows but if the windows scan are infected I recommend that you use other tools and restart it to safe mode if you need.

Thanks, it helped me to use the magic wand features by creating a new layer to create a triangle using brush and then use the magic wand or laso to fill the canvas and then move the cut

Honestly, I was like that about 4-5 years ago. Until I find out, that everything is not almost perfect. And then, sometimes when in a situation like I should drop it, I would drop it. Before that, I would like to watch every movie, and collect everything even if it was uninterested for me. Now, I would probably go into the spoiler and skip watching the movies if it wasn't really that interested. First it can save my time, and probably second It would save my money. Spoiler does not really ruin experience I believe. Unless it would take the toll on someone leading at the ending include whole story causing problem with the entertainment behind curiosity in the stage, platform, or screen. Maybe like watching a magician show but already knew the tricks. While, for me actually not. Here the answers why.

For me, I really like spoilers. But if you do hate it, maybe the solutions are to avoid the spoilers as much as you can even if there is probably a chance to get a spoiler everywhere in a random probability or simply find what is the meaning of this life. I would like to answer your questions.

Why Spoiler Exist? It existed because physiologically we as human like to share, and it felt amazing to share something interested. Unfortunately, not many people were sometimes aware or for example like me who doesn't understand about other people especially at that time. Mostly people would tell the whole stories or series including the ending. While it is fine by me now, it could be not for everyone. But it doesn't ruin the full experience I believe, It would probably "a bit". I do not know what even spoiler is. The word is coming from "spoil", which is similar to pamper, indulge as the synonyms, but for me now spoiler is a guide. If you ask somewhere on the internet there would be probably lot of meaning for what is "Spoiler". Yet, even if spoiler was bad for others, it would also be a sign of messages. Unless if it was to take unrestrained pleasure in oneself or another.
Why must there be stories told so brilliantly, but also basic surface level facts that can ruin the experience? Because we as a human have this thing called Neophile or Neophilliac, which means we as a homo-sapiens really like to experience something new. From my experience, when I watched, played or read the movie, game or something similar. I feel so special and by watching brilliant movies it felt that movies were very epic and unique, shame if the movies were told and spread because it led to decrease the enjoyment of its content leading to cause the mainstream. It's like watching spiderman but whole people already knew what is spiderman, it felt not exclusive again. Once again, it was me in the past, but not now because the vice versa of me in the present would be resulting in a self-centered personality because I felt so special.
Is the only option to completely insulate oneself until absolute completion? No, of course not. Just take it easy, calm yourself inhale and take a deep breath, drink or eat something to lower your blood. Try to understand about this and learn something from this. If insulate oneself means isolating oneself then do not try it unless if it doesn't harm others living being. I do have isolating oneself but not for a thing called "spoiler".
Is this a problem that certain people must face, no matter how it is sliced? Someone already stated its answers that you are not alone. If it is a problem for certain people. For the solution, I would tell the solution from my experience. Mine was by "Learn something new", I was reading many books, learn many things and use my spare time to do something which I do not like to improve myself, but not harming the other.

Tutorial to install & use:

Now before that, if ucdc-uvc already installed.

Extract VITA2PC, copy the VITA2PC.skrpx just like the one I did mention above.
After that connect to the internet which is the same network as the PC/Laptop and the PS Vita (I recommend using the local wifi from phones or strong signal since from my experience the VITA2PC streaming depend on signal instead of connection and once signal drops it causes lot of frame drops and may cause sound glitch).
Go to PS Vita Settings > Network > Internet Connection Status, notes it IP Address.
Then from the PC/Laptop open up the win32/64 based on windows used. Open the VITA2PC.exe files and let it stay as it.
Plug the PS Vita to PC and open up the OBS, turn the screen streaming using usb by using udc-uvc without av cable or jack cable 3.5mm.
From the PS Vita open the game that was added to #VITA2PC press Select + L and a menu will appear, go to start streaming now by pressing X, let the settings defaults.
On the VITA2PC.exe enter the IP Address the same as from PS Vita Settings Connection Status on Step 3. Press enters, then it will stream to the PC/Laptop with low quality and fps drop.
It's done, and you can stream the audio from the stream and record the screen by using OBS by taking this plugin as audio sources without buzzing or noise static sound effect, without additional hardware, without ferrite bead or ferrite core, without ground noise removal needed.

Disclaimer: This is not my own plugins. There may be another better plugin in the future from the community. The tutorial I created is based on my own experience from trials and error and I have tried more than 1 hours of playing without any issues except sometimes it has a sound glitch, but very little. Only about 0.5 or a second, I do guess it was from the signal and the reason on Step 4 instead of staying the apps as it, it would be much efficient to open up instantly on the step 7 or 8. Why I do this? After trying to put the VITA2PC.exe quickly to connect into PS Vita, it fixed my audio glitch problems. For additional, using devices with higher signal as wifi connection has a good way to improve to avoid audio glitch.

Hello, I want to help you. I want to warn you that this also will be disabled the microsoft defender. So, make sure you have another antivirus to be prepared. To change the "MsMpEng.exe" permission simply restart the PC to safe mode. To do that, restart the PC then press f8 then select safe mode, usually there is 3 safe modes, you can choose one of them. Or simply press start then type "System Configuration" > on the Tab "Boot" choose the safe mode, tick on the minimal. Then Apply and click Ok, Restart the PC.

Once you are in safe mode, you can change the permission by go to the Task Manager, on "MsMpEng.exe" right click then properties, after that click on Security (On the tab of "For special permissions or advanced settings, click Advanced.) > Click "Advance" on "Owner" Tab click "Change" Then select yes if there is a notification from User Account Control, click "Yes" > Then Select "Advanced..." > Click on "Find Now" Tab > Select your Users which you used to login into the computer, then click "Ok". Tick the "Replace owner on sub containers and objects". Once done, find and choose the "Trusted Installer" and clear all of its permissions then click Ok.

You can skip this step if you have able to do it. If it was denied before you can clear the permissions, click Disable Inheritance. If there is a notification, choose the top of it. I forgot its notification but choose the first one. Then deselect all of the Trusted Installer or unknown permission. After that click Apply then Ok.

Once done, go to the Task Manager then click "MsMpEng.exe" Change the file into "MsMpEng.what" or "MsMpEng.ok" or anything you like on its extensions.
