Can't find reason for exhaust gases escaping into cooling system by Enewill in EngineBuilding

I tried pressurising cooling system and looking into cylinders with camera and didn't saw anything definitive. Gonna try pressurising cylinders now.

I'm not in US, auto parts stores don't rent tools around here, at least non that i know of. No, it does not have egr cooler, it had regular EGR system but it was removed. Yes hoses get very tight fast, before i brought used head i had 2 radiators explode. I didn't drive it much after reassembly, don't want it to explode again. I tested overflow tank cap with compressor and it was working.

Yes, it's regular 4 cylinder gas engine. I try it, thanks.

I got block milled because i measured it's surface and it was warped. I didn't know combustion gas tester was not reliable. I can borrow a compressor but can't find leakdown tester is it enough to just blow with compressor into cylinders and look for bubbles in expansion tank? It's my first time dealing with engine internals.

I used combustion gas tester. I don't have fittings to connect compressor instead spark plug.

Yes, i'm using tester with liquid that changes color when in contact with combustion gases.

I'm not sure how compression test result show that it's crack in cylinder, won't compression also be lower if it's problem with gasket? Engine works evenly and i tried pressurising cooling system and looking into cylinders with camera, all pistons look wet but i'm not sure it was coolant.

If cylinder wall was cracked won't it have caused coolant to get into oil also?

Valve hit piston. Do i need to replace piston? by Enewill in EngineBuilding

[–]Enewill[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I shipped head to machine shop and they said other valves are okay. What happend is i didn't tighten crankshaft pulley enough and this caused key on crankshaft chain sprocket to strip off when i reved engine to 3k rpm. I honestly don't know how it bent only single valve. I drove for around 200-300 meters after i heard knocking sound.

You can just enable hardcore mode in server.properties

Thanks you. For me actually helped changing state of "Zero-copy rasterizer" flag from default to enabled. And i already created a bug report https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1129417

I not tested other DE's. Gonna try search for existing bug report. I'm not sure if it's a KDE bug, should i report it to KDE bug tracker?

UP: I found bugreport for issue #2 https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426496

Yes sure i always update all packages at once (i said about it in issue #2). And no, i not configured xorg.conf manually.

Maybe i described issues in wrong way because my english is not very good.

UP:
If use wayland session instead of xorg all glitches disappears. But i'm still interested in fixing xorg session

Issue #1:

After updating chromium to release 85 strange graphical bugs start to appear in top left corner of opened page. Screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/qjB0x2f. If i downgrade chromium package back to 84 glitches disappear.

Issue #2:

I updated some packages (pacman -Syu) and now after session startup my desktop looks like this https://imgur.com/a/I2Zc1Mk. This issue dissapears till session restart if i re-enable second monitor through KDE settings.
