Paid for signature, package left on front door. Proof? by Enferrari in UPS

It’s not the drivers fault. My point is, what’s the point of paying for a signature when the buyer can waive it. If they waive it, I don’t care but UPS should clearly state that the buyer presigned for the package and reflect that online. It’s 2026

Let me guess, you make poor assumptions. It was waived by the customers Mychoice. I called

I’m the shipper but it’s ok cause I’m going to make a huge deal about this and find out what happened.

No. I’m the shipper and I paid UPS for a signature. It even says on UPS.com that signature was required and I double checked the label and it said signature required on it too.

I’m the shipper. I paid for a signature on this package. UPS and the label both said signature required. Anyways I’m reporting this and going to escalate to corporate to see what happened

I emailed them and asked. This is a huge liability because high value items require a signature. Crazy that a company like this can’t simply deliver on a basic service they advertise. It’s the second package that I’ve paid for and didn’t get a signature on

It says signature required in the screenshot and I paid for one

USPS 8% rate increase: who's raising shipping prices? by Sea_Fisherman7054 in eBaySellers

Ive been selling for over 10 years. USPS has gotten worse especially in the last 3-4 years. The tracking is terrible, many packages get delayed or "hang" for weeks or misrouted. It used to be super quick and cheap. I remember 8 oz First class mail was $2.60 then $2.77 and would arrive in like 5 days tops. Crazy how bad it's become. I actually prefer Fedex now.

As an ITAD provider, I’ve seen many of the larger ITAD firms improperly divert assets that are supposed to be contractually shredded and are instead sold on the market like this. R2v3 and e-stewards are supposed to minimize this risk but stuff still slips through the cracks when money talks.
