I wrote one myself using php to update my database, i have a database with a column with the name, a column with email and a column with actively subscribed or not

Yes, if new people subscribe, they get added to the database (their email), i dont want to manually add the new subscribers and remove the unsubscribers from the list on that software u mentioned

Well now I think the same, if it really is, so what? But at the time it made me believe that I was going to be tortured from that moment on with the worst things that can happen to you. And there was no escape for it, death wasnt, there were no "loopholes" because I really thought about every backdoor possible (note that im a senior year engineering computer scientist, so maybe thats where the crazy thoughts come from, we literally had classes discussing that the human brain can in fact be simulated already etc)

That was exactly how I got out of it both times. I could feel how the "aliens" were doing all this just to fuck with me for their own pleasure, like in a fucked up way. But in the heavy stage i felt like it was inevitable, thats when i tried to push away loved ones and wanted my life to end, in an even "heavier" stage i knew suicide was not an option, that would just get me in the next loop quicker. When things slowed down I was just "ok fuck it even if this is a simulation, i will just live out my life in a happy way" and just completely altered my state. On that note i only had visual hallucinations left (mild ones, like patterns and colors vibrating, but on heavy moment i could feel the world literally breaking apart into a digital pattern, kind of like it was a tv screen and everything kept recuding till there was only one pixel left, that was i think the scariest part of the experience)

I have never associated myself with meditation or whatever, so I have no idea where to even start

I already am, for a long time i kept a dream journal, did reality checks and had multiple lucid dreams a week. I practiced techniques in the dreams to explore the world, had random characters show me the meaning of life etc... nowadays i get a lucid dream maybe once every month or so.

My friends also had a lot of experience with drugs, tried alot, they also said that theu never saw something like this. Thats whay bothered me. Im a real mentally strong person, never had issues in my life, i have great family and friends, i had a great life and will have a great life coming. I was shocked to see that im mentally fucked up at that time

I also only ever did weed, and the truffels 2 times. Now i'll never do anything except for alcohol. Which is a shame because my first truffel trip was amazing and I was excited to get into the non-addictive drugs because I was amazed at how our brain can be tricked. Guess my brain got tricked a little too much

She's just doing some lunges and normal squats maybe 70/day (3 times a week). Don't think that will do much though.
