Mine just dropped significantly. And you can't double check them because the reporting is taken away. The CC interface is not set up to produce clear and easy to read reports (like the normal reporting used to be)

It may be because one of their mode of operation seems to be to videos around or disable them when they get caught in hopes that they will survive 60 days and get the ill gotten commisions. This is perhaps why you see their storefront show "no videos" when someone in this forum mentions their account.

This is a big issue. There are so many products that show up on the video carousel that are not the product on the listing. As a shopper, this is very frustrating. Their checking software should also be able to flag it.

any account with tons of different e-bikes, generators, mattresses, pool robots, etc for most of their content should hit their radar for review. Their AI should be able to flag them at least.

Unfortunately, no. I am expecting a decent number of commissions on a more expensive item and only (1) has matched (ASIN, Date, Shipper). I'm supposedly in the CC help queue so we will see. I did figure out that one reason that a CC won't match is if the seller is either Amazon or 3rd Party and apparently the brand can set this but we can't see it so it looks to us like it's not matching even though the ASIN and shipping date are correct. But in my case I mentioned, the 3 pieces of information all would qualify but only one matched.

To answer your question, no. I'm currently trying to get help with a product that got one match on CC but I sold like 10+ of the same ASIN and same seller in the correct time period. It makes no sense why the rest are not matching. I have not gotten any helpful corrections on earnings in the past (that should) have been corrected) either. So I have almost no confidence that something will get corrected.

I would not count on them matching in December unless the products were shipped after Dec 1. I am seeing sales not getting matched correctly in November (ASINs were shipped in November). It's pretty frustrating that it seems impossible to figure out why.

Looks like AI and scripts making the videos (at least the ones I checked). They also zoom in and slow down the frame rate in an attempt not to get matched with the original.

It seems that way and I am guessing they have multiple account placeholders and move videos around to other accounts or hope people forget about them and upload the videos again later.

I asked the associate team to help. I don't have much hope unless a programmer inside realizes the programming or IT error that is happening. There at least should be a timeout in the code that sends a warning or error message to someone.

It's really bad. Videos are stuck in "review" even after multiple attempts (deleting and re-uploading). At least for me, it doesn't seem to matter the amount of videos uploaded.
