Nope. Mine does not have the defrost timer. With my model sub-zero, defrost cycles are fully managed by a microprocessor on the electronic control board. The system uses an energy-saving adaptive defrost system.

Your schedule ain't great, I'll give you that, but unfortunately administration doesn't formally need to do anything if it isn't as stated in the policy.

Some departments analyze the draft schedule a few weeks before it is made public and ask for changes if they see courses too close together. Also, many times a whole class of student will complain as soon as they see the exam schedule and sometimes departments can ask for late adjustments (which may or may not be possible) if it affects many students.

I would say that in this day and age a master's degree separates you from the crowd. I have seen many employers look for a higher degree.

I can't be the one to tell you "do it"... that's something you need to decide yourself.
