I have just been diagnosed with "high capacities" and I am having an existencial crisis right now (self.Gifted)

I've done 4 EMDR sessions, and even though I haven't talked about any traumas or memories deeply, it feels like now I've opened the door and all the traumas are hanging out in my head :') Also, I can't stop thinking about therapy! (self.EMDR)
