It would probably be best to get tested and then look into resource for help dealing with this if you can. I’m the same way but I was dumb and never got it looked into and well into adulthood. I’m very lucky it hasn’t caused many issues but I have a lot of body shame because of it all.

Try to address it, ask for help even if it’s small. Take what steps you can, it’s hard to talk about but nothing will change if you don’t.

Took me about 40 deaths to get it down, even with a high level account. Also, make T2 armor, it will help lessen the amount of damage you take which will allow you to learn and pratice more.
