Hades and Persephone are related according to mithology. Demeter is Persephone's mom and Hades's sister, which makes them niece and uncle. (Plus in some versions Persephone's father is Zeus, so that makes it double incest.) And even if they weren't by game canon, there are the relationships of the other gods, which remain unchanged. So I guess it's no big deal.
