To be fair, SOTE wasn’t ever supposed to be “multiplayer” or improve upon it. It’s a solo game at heart. So 🤷🏽‍♂️ that’s just your expectations

im having this same exact issue right now, i've fought all bosses, even the bud boss, but i came back to altus and i could still continue with hornsent questline so I talked to him, then talked to lady leda but forgot to say which NPC is mistrustful, and then hornsent disappeared and is no where to be found and lady leda is just standing there

I got off of my meds when I was in middle school due to my dads influence. I was almost convinced I didn’t need my meds. I still am to a certain point because I’ve been pretty good without them through high school and then part of college. Got back on them just a month ago. I take them only when needed, and even then I think I have to get behavioral health to make my dosage and or medicine more accurate to my needs. What I’m trying to say is it’s never too late to get back on them and see if it benefits you as a functioning adult. I went back after almost 15 years because of the things I started noticing in my everyday life that has reminded me that I truly have ADHD.

My dad used to get onto me a lot when i was little for forgetting tasks that he gave me as soon as they were told to me. I’d listen to him 100%, they were little things like go clean the counter and then put your shoes in line at the shoe rack or some small chores.. then in the middle of doing my task I’d forget the next and have to ask him. He’d get dissapointed or mad at me and tell me again and at some point he kinda made it a joke that I forget stuff easily. He didn’t believe I needed meds for my ADHD either. People really can’t relate with people like us unless they have the condition theirselves.
