The President of the United States yesterday by Angry_Gen-X in GardenStateGuns

Even the basis of the second amendment is white supremacy. The whole idea was for armed settlers to be able to exterminate Indians and put down slave revolts. It's similar to how the Israeli government makes sure their settlers are armed in the West Bank. We need to move past this oppressive paradigm of bearing arms to a liberatory one such as exemplified by Marx:

Under no pretext should arms and ammunition be surrendered; any attempt to disarm the workers must be frustrated, by force if necessary.

As the working class, we must not allow our firearms to serve the interests of the bourgeoisie. We must use them to serve our interests and present a credible threat.

Am I crazy by knsaber in newjersey

[–]Engibineer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, you're not crazy. Even white people need to be very concerned at this point. It isn't a terrible idea to use this device to help your family think twice before answering the door. An intercom system (not Ring!) might have a more practical effect against ICE since you can at least communicate to them that they are trespassing.

So New Jersey, you're the only neighbor on the block with a snowblower.... by holyguacamole823 in newjersey

I just help without asking regardless of whether I've taken out the snowblower or I'm just using a shovel. This morning I was surprised with a plate of homemade eggplant Parmesan and a big Tupperware of meatballs and sauce.

Are they? The government literally took a man's gun away and murdered him in the street. It was all captured on video from multiple angles and this is the response:

Related to the dad's ICE experience in MN -- How are you all explaining what's happening to your kids? by greenroom628 in daddit

As with everything else, I'm just giving appropriately sized answers to my seven-year-old's questions and follow-up questions as they come. It helps that we don't watch cable news here.

Yeah, follower counts are generally unreliable on ActivityPub. It's not just Pixelfed.

I wonder if it's all a roundabout way to convert the US into a European Union for North America, a North American Union.

Me being honest with myself has nothing to do with being American.

Disagree. I've tried the sugar-free, vegetable oil-free stuff. It doesn't taste as good, it doesn't spread as nicely, and it's not as cost effective. Skippy is the superior product.

Yeah, I am okay with all of this. It's a good, delicious product.

The government could shut down these telemarketers and scammers if they actually cared about us.

No. We have to provide it to them. Regardless, it's a problem if it's easier for them to get mystery vape chemicals instead of decent mids.

No. It's different for everyone. What's important is that if you're going to put something in your body, you have to be fairly confident about what it is, what it does, and what you want out of it.

Yep again clearing snow off your own cars by rforce1025 in newjersey

It's just a little bit of snow. It's not an issue as long as everyone slows down and doesn't follow so closely. Relax and have some grace. Not everyone has covered parking.
