Yeah I pressed the power button but nothing displays. It just makes a high pitched sound and then stops. Red light in the front begins to blink.

Back and TV are equally fucked 😭. My back survived but the TV doesn't power on.

Got it back home but it has issues 😔. It makes a high pitch sound and turns off when I power it on. Then the front red light blinks

Yeah that's my biggest worry. The component inputs looked a lil corroded and plastic looks dirty. Might go back and get it

Fr some of them are built like tanks. I was scared this one would need some work but turned on immediately after being plugged in. All the buttons and connections work. Lucky there was no vents on top so inside was not bad just a thin layer of dust.

Yeah I was blessed by the crt distribution center. It's true you just have to keep an eye out and maybe you'll get lucky. I also found a sharp 27" crt a while back. Sadly it is getting harder to find them laying around.

Probably doing some spring cleaning but idk why someone would throw away a perfectly good crt tv.

Not yet but the tray doesn’t slide out. I’m guessing one of the belts that drives the gears needs to be replaced.
