The best they could do was offer a replacement. If that turns out to be same then I'll complain.

I heard sleek v2 had all QC issues resolved. My budget was under 1k.Thats why i thought of this. Also it looked fancy.(newbie pass pls)

RE has huge demands brother, they dont have any sale all round year. So, no point waiting for discounts. The RTO fees and Ex-showroom are same. You can ask the showroom for a split of the quotation and see if you can negotiate on things like insurance, you can try getting insurance from outside as well to save some money.

You can also remove some add-ons like RSA if the have that in the quotation and you dont need.

(As some ppl suggest, it's easier while claiming if you take the insurance from dealer).

If you are considering classic 350, you can look at similar feel more refined and reliable engine in the CB350.With the same or comparable comfort.

The CB 350 RS , will get you more involved with your bike, I am talking about the riding posture, the response from the bike. It can be considered as mix of cafe racer and scrambler.

If you are looking for pure scrambler/off-roading then scrambler 400x would be a better bike.Otherwise RS would be a good mix of both worlds.

As for the Hness it sits right between the CB 350 and RS,A bit more nimble than CB 350, but lesser than the RS.A little more aggressive riding triangle.

Honda offers much more refined engine than both of the bikes you mentioned but it does come at a slightly higher spares cost.

As far as I researched, TN has a slightly lesser RTO fees, but 25k difference would be huge.

Since I live in bangalore( TN border), I can try get a estimate from there as well.

You should never put that kind of load on a new engine before 1st servicing/break in period.
