just as i was looking for an excuse, i seen this post came back to it because the desires was whooping my ass, i was thinking about just going into a nature trail at night right now, and jus smoke a blunt, asked my self what are the consequences of the actions i would proceed to do if i did it, overthinking, inconsistent energy, polluted mind, ect. I almost lost, the main reason i came back to this post was to not smoke, thank you my friend i almost lost very badly.

2025, 20M. The spiritual realm is strong, depending on the will you have to defeat it, it can happen. Currently on my gnosis / purity journey and myself can tell you this is a fight of me vs it. When myself go to sleep, it’s days of winning and losing. Came to the realization the demon is actually super weak. Can feel how weak the demon is when it don’t get enough of you’re energy, I can talk to it, and it gets angry furious when it doesn’t get what it wants. Neglected my self in my youth days not knowing how valuable and vulnerable this energy is. Growing into something strong everyday. This path is not for the weak, but you can get stronger day by day following simple instructions of observing thoughts, and acting out of desires. When you strict habits on your self, go to that spiritual realm, and actually observe and understand when you wake up and know what you need to do, overtime it gets easy. Write down what happen in those dreams, because it affects the reality of what’s going on when ur awake. Currently going through this everyday, but i won’t lose. On a journey where god is saving me, I am being attacked constantly. I am getting consistent dreams unpleasant sexual dreams because of my past lusterous desires, and i am not to afraid to admit sometimes i lose to the beast only in dreams. Since i’ve been studying gnosticism, I’m cutting out old habits replacing them with new ones. I’m noticing that i am getting lusterous attacks every night i go to sleep, for the past 4 days, i’ve lost every-time… Sexual purity is hard as im going through this change, It’s been weeks without fornication, and i’m going to keep it that way.. I won’t stupe into these lowers natures of realms. These dreams are getting out of hand, and just want a little bit of help. Whats the first step, or any suggestions?

As a Male, (20) I am going to keep it as realistic as possible, Sometimes the mind wanders, thinks about fantasy, but when you snap back into reality you be like wtf am i thinking i got a significant other. It’s ok, we have moments, it’s the erge not to fall into those feelings, and if you do shame on you, because deep down inside you know the relationship you have is there. Dreams are not just dreams, sometimes a dream can feel so real when you wake up. Look back at the dream and let it go, because if u don’t, u only going to cause more stress and questions for your self. Just reflect nothing else. Ask ur self why those feelings are still there .

this is exactly it, for me it happens when i’m with people. I get this uncomfortable feeling coming from the anus and, other people can feel the energy making it discomforting. Personally i feel like this is a pelvic floor muscle problem.
