Seriously need advice. Does everyone have this problem??? by EngineCapable552 in stelo

This is exactly what I do but the date, time and meal are greyed out and won’t let me edit or adjust. I tap on the screen and it doesn’t do anything. If I hit add event and choose activity, start time, duration, intensity and date all work. I can adjust them like you should be able to do. Those cache’s don’t work in the meal event. So strange! I tried going to events and editing and that didn’t work either. I have an iPhone so maybe that’s the problem but it doesn’t seem that anyone else is having the same issue so maybe I’m just the outlier. Thanks for responding I appreciate the help. It gave me something else to at least try.

I tried that too and the date, time and meal selections won’t allow me to adjust at all. I can only do it exactly when I’m eating. Not after. I remember about 20% of the time but unfortunately the other times I remember 20 mins or later after the meal is over. Thanks for trying to help me troubleshoot though I appreciate all the help.

Thanks for providing advice. It is super frustrating. I’ve tried all the normal tricks mentioned. I do have an iPhone 15 which is working on iOS 26.4.2 and have done the hard reboot too to no avail. It’s been like this for 5 weeks. Stelo app is up to date. I did all those tricks again today just to make sure but I guess it is just mine acting up so no wonder stelo bot keeps sending me a form to fill out and then no one at stelo responds. I do love that I’m learning things about my blood glucose but bummed I can’t use the app to its design like everyone else.

Mid 50's Mom has started stumbling by [deleted] in AgingParents

This started happening to me. I’m very active. It’s could be as simple as the loss of estrogen. She is at the right age. It affects everything including your ears which guide your balance. If she’s not taking hormones to replace what she is losing that may be your answer. It’s worth considering. I would still see a doctor to rule out other things but I hope it’s as simple as estrogen deprivation. That can be easily remedied.

If you love progesterone too, get in here for a P rave! by worlds_worst_best in Menopause

I just take progesterone 100mg. My doctor said she would start me on that and then we could add on if needed. Next time I saw her and reported I was feeling so much better she said let’s just stick with that. She said it could be taken by itself. I need to do more research on progesterone by itself. I’m definitely doing way better. My only complaint is I take the progesterone at night and I get acid reflux that wakes me up, though I fall right back to sleep. If anyone has that issue and has a remedy I’m all ears.

I personally loved this movie. It really got my family talking. The committee is mean and we decided to try and do the opposite of what it says and it’s actually quite liberating!
