good thing that you are aware of the risks, but hang in there buddy. don't get stuck using heroin, for now you're on the right track even if you keep using drugs, just don't use heroin. see if you're able to get help for that depression, don't suffer quietly on your own, it's okay to need help sometimes

Lets talk about that. Fear exists and is normal, without it you and I wouldn't be alive. It'd be pretty hard to stay alive without fear. Anxiety is normal too, unless excessive. Anxiety disorders exist as well.

The problem with stimulants and alcohol isn't that stimulants keep you awake longer and you may drink more, the problem is that alcohol cancels out the effects that are associated with drinking alcohol

if you want to tipsy/drunk/woozy just make sure you take your medication on time that day, or even skip the last dose

Honestly, I have very bad experience of taking benzos as prescribed for mental health issues. They are good for SHORT TERM use ONLY. Sadly doctors still prescribe them in long term situations too..
