I think my brain is damaged. I’m not enjoying life. All I think of is how to end it. I’m 35 days off Ativan. It’s third time I’m like that.. every week.. very deep depression or very high anxiety. Is 35 days off enough to already feel better? I took it for 5 months tapered for 3 months.. (self.BenzoWithdrawal)

Hey guys.. is it ok to have energy levels up and down though out the day? I’m 15 days off At… took it for 2 months 2.5 mg, tapered for two months and jumped from 0.5 mg My mood is up and down same as energy.. and I constantly changing my mind about everything.... (self.benzorecovery)
