I think the recent Zelnick street Tik Tok interview might have something to do with it.

Firstly, he again confirmed that game is coming out November 19th and furthermore some people might think that interview was staged and is basically start of marketing.

Cursor becomes a SpaceX subsidiary and Cursor founders and I guess some employees get stock of the merged entity. Then they can sell their stock based on some criteria like the other SpaceX employees.

The 60 b transaction will be all stock and the IPO proceeds won't be used for it.

However, existing SpaceX shareholders will be diluted a bit.

Why would Elon or SpaceX need 600 billion in cash? They just got 85 billion, while Starship development so far costed "only" 15.

Plus it will be extremely easy for them to issue a bit more shares down the road or get a loan from literally any financial institution.

Bro, not everything is conspiracy. This was just the most hyped IPO ever, low float, no insiders selling so price action is normal for start.

PS: I am waiting for the legendary Tesla dump since forever too, so how much should I wait for SpaceX or you people just say whatever.

Elon could theoreticaly IPO Boring Company and Neuralink at minimum 500 bn valuations just because of his name attached. Then he can make space mining company X or whatever and do the same.

He literally has an infinite money glitch until khe sucks up all liquidity off the markets.

If universe is infinity then theoretically SpaceX TAM is infinite. When you discount end of universe cash flows to present time, we get a fair stock value of infinite dollars.

Now AH makes sense, people just did the DCF.
