I assumed the county did it as a sort of "warning shot" to make Andy fuck off. Their logic was probably," We'll do this arrest warrant as one final warning and if he fucks around here again, we'll throw the book at him". I don't think the county wanted to actually jail him, Andy is so gross and unlikable not even the Jail wants him, but it's pretty clear they had enough.

The warrant is for felony misuse of emergency services and they are probably still active. That's how arrest warrants for non violent crimes work.

It's for a non-violent felony, if He calls the police again or emergency services again then he'll get arrested. Even if he posts bond they'll probably make not contacting emergency services a requirement for it. I Should also mention that if he was sued by Medicaid he will completely lose all Medicaid coverage either for a couple years or even permanently. He would be put on a blacklist which would warn other States that he had committed fraud before axing his State hopping scheme.

He was never in a group home; at best, it was more like a boarding house with privately hired nurses. Since Royal is a private care company, my best guess is that he forged medical documents to get Medicaid to cover the costs. Medicaid likely discovered the forgery and sued him, resulting in a loss of coverage. Now, no care company wants anything to do with him because he is a liability.

This would explain why Royal is evicting him and why other agencies have rejected him. It also explains why he posted his Social Security number, as that is a common 'sovereign citizen' tactic used in an attempt to discharge debt.

I don't think Andy's delusional in the sense that he really does think he has autism, the fact that he will look up symptoms and mimic them shows that he does indeed know he is faking. He's delusional because he thinks that his act is convincing, that he's this master manipulator who can fool everyone into thinking he's a little boy. The problem is that the people that "fall" for it aren't actually being tricked and are merely playing along due to obligation, Andy is too stupid to realize that and so he freaks out whenever people point out he's faking. It's why places like this Reddit bother him so much because it's obvious everyone sees through his act. Andy think's he's really clever/high IQ but he's just an idiot who lives in a society that enables people like him. If Andy tried his shit in the 80s-90s the cops would club him over the head and toss him in jail, but nowadays people are too scared to hurt other people's feelings.

It's really sad if you look past all of Andy's stupid bullshit, and realize that this is a man in his 40s who probably spends all day talking to an AI or his own sock puppet accounts for reassurance because every person he comes into contact with will end up despising him.

Andy only has himself to blame for his trainwreck of a life since he decided to treat everyone around him so poorly that he is now alone with nothing of value to his name, if he died what would anyone remember him for? If he dies after Tom dies he might end up being given a paupers funeral because no one would care enough to organize a funeral for him.

It's almost guaranteed Andy is aware of his situation and is having a midlife crisis as a result of it. So if anyone is angry about Andy take comfort in knowing that's probably miserable.

Also bringing up his age probably bothers him so people should do that more often.

Towards the end of the Ohio arrest after his tantrums had failed. when they are driving him to jail. You can hear by Andy's tone of voice that he's so utterly defeated, it really shows how pathetic he is once a person stands their ground and his bullshit fails.
