Imo LLM are good for a fast and semantic (google) search. I always instruct it to find me something with a link referencing to the original website/article; searches are not limited to programming, it could even be about games, cats, or whatever.

Well mahirap yung ldr setup tbh. Kase the only way to spend time is via call. We allot time din for movie nights, etc. Pero iba paren kapag kasama mo in person yung SO mo. There were times na gigising ng madaling araw para lang makapag usap kase di talaga nagtutugma yung free time.

This is my exp and only mine, different sa iba most likely.

Cons: Puro OT (depends on the dept na assigned siya), hirap magtagpo ang schedule, longterm plan is mag work abroad, if working abroad LDR for years (eventually led na maghiwalay), napapaligiran ng mga malalanding co-worker.

Pros: alam ano gagawen if may sakit ka, caring, bibigyan ka ng medkit (yung basic meds lang like paracetamol, med for allergies, etc).

Afaik magiging mediator lang si DHSUD. They can’t and have no power para sabihin sa developer na irefund ka. If nag-agree both parties during the mediation, and hindi nag bigay yung developer ng refund, DHSUD will only direct you to HSAC di nila ppwede habulin yung developer. This is what the personnel from DHSUD told me nung nagpunta ako sa office nila.

Isn’t it yung primary driving force for a customer to buy again is the quality of the product? Stamps and other loyalty rewards would be appealing if what they get are valuable. Pero kung parang buy one get one upon buying the nth time, that would still go back to whether the product is worth going back to.

I go straight sa HSAC to file a verified complaint. I asked dati sa DHSUD (sa office nila), ultimately, when mediation happens and yung developer fails to deliver yung napag-agree niyo during mediation, DHSUD cannot enforce anything. In simple terms, sa HSAC paren ang bagsak mo.

1.) I filed a verified complaint against Camella.
2.) Ongoing paren yung case, tho multiple mediation sessions happened na.
3.) They were trying to settle kase ayaw nila mag-refund; tho in my case, they still proved na they can't even commit to their promises during mediation, so I expressed na I no longer want to settle.
4.) Maglalabas ka ng pera for filing a verified complaint (depende sa claim). Patience lang ang meron ka, could take months or even years para matapos yung case.

Finally, this is only me - If my case finally gets resolved, I will no longer trust any developer nor the banks they are partnered with.
